This is my first attempt to do translations and I think I would like to share with all of you.

Popular group Arashi started Arashi Anniversary Tour 5x10,
their 10th year carier anniversary concert tour at Kokuritsu Stadium*(Kyojigo),
Tokyo, August 28 ago. This had became a huge event to commemorate
Arashi's 10th year carier anniversary together with 70,000 fans.

As they have pledged when debuted 10 years ago, five members of
Arashi have created the storm not only in Japan, but in Asia too.

The tour title "5x10" represents the togetherness of Arashi.
With three consecutive performances (August 28-30) in Kokuritsu for
the first time in history, the performance was the great opening for
the coming tour around 5 Domes which expected to be watched by
760,000 people.

The concert was a masterpiece from the opening until
the end. Apart from being able to watch five of them stand high on
the stage next to the main stage, they were also flew 200 meter
towards the Olympic torch at 30 meters height. Watching the
audiences sitting below, they made 70,000 audiences fired up by
shouting, "Kokuritsu, let's have fun!!"

"We are very grateful having support from all of you these
10 years," said Jun Matsumoto (25) at the end of their concert.
Overflowed with emotion and tears, Arashi's leader, Satoshi Ohno (28)
hugged by Masaki Aiba (26).

Great Struggle/Fight To Achieve Success

"To create the storm throughout the world" being their slogan, Arashi
debuted in November 1999 when the member's average age was
only 16 years old. They created "storm" in Japan. Even though their
popularity

were so great, but the road to
achieve it did not always runs smoothly.

In September 1999, starting with their debut conference in
Hawaii, Arashi captured fans' heart quickly. On the other side, there
are times where their CD did not sold as expected. To date, there are
no single and album which achieved 1 million copies sales. However,
for Arashi today, the record of 1 million copies sales has been
achieved with the newly release of their best album, All the BEST!
1999-2009.

In order to reach the peak of their carier, Arashi worked
hard as time passed by. After the debut, they worked hard for
4 to 5 years. During the concert tour in 2002, five of them gathered
in Satoshi Ohno's hotel room every night after the concert ended
and thinking "how to be like arashi (the storm)".

"How can we be like our senior (senpai)?" Five of them
exchanged ideas in order to achieve their carier's goal. At that time
all of them become a strong group and move forward together with
one goal.

"All of us worked hard. I believe this is the outcome of our
hard word all these times," said Jun Matsumoto. With the appearance
of Kazunari Ninomiya (26) in Letter From Iwojima film (2006) directed
by Clint Eastwood and Jun Matsumoto in Hana Yori Dango series
which had created the fenomena, they managed to grab more fans.

"We are a group which need more time. We took detour*
roads, but we glad we managed to reach. We feel very happy," said
Sho Sakurai (27) in press conference before the concert. This ten
years is only the first stop/destination. "Arashi Era" does not ended
yet.

Best Album Exceeded One Million Copies

Arashi's Best Album reached one million copy sales on the 13th day
since the released date. Album titles All the BEST! 1999-2009 which
released on August 19 reached the highest position in the first week
on sale for 2009, breaking the record with 753,000 copies, and the
sales up until August 31 ago had reached 1,004,000 copies. This is
the first album released in 2009 which exceeded the million copies.
As for Arashi, since their debut in November 1999, this is their first
release which sold one million copies.

The album which exceeded one million copies, since
January 12, 2009 were Heart Station by Hikaru Utada (released
March* 2008) and Supermarket Fantasy by Mr. Children (released
December 2008) achieved one million copies at similar times, hence
this is a record which did not achieved after 8 months.

All the BEST! 1999-2009 became the first album which
reached one million copy sales within less than 3 weeks beside
Exile Ballad Best by EXILE which released in December 2008 and
achieved one million copy sales within 2 weeks.
